Workings of the Universe

This was my final project for art class last semester, in which we had to create a mandala that somehow represented the universe. I decided to go with something not over-the-top abstract and went with the four seasons, which I then assigned to the four elements, and then for the borders, I looked up mythical creatures that were associated with that element or season. There's a bit more thought behind it, and if you're curious, ask. But I'm being lazy sooo...

Sorry for the bad quality, but unfortunately, this is too big for our scanner, so I'll need to take a picture with our good camera when I can. I don't know when that will be...
